2026 Sukkot Event Registration

Please read the instructions of the form to complete correctly.

Please read the Sukkot Event information (here) prior to registration! 

  • Registration will be open until August 15, 2026 OR until all spaces are filled. 
  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is due to secure your campsite.  You can submit your paperwork today and pay the deposit by cash, online or by check.  Even if you submit your form, your registration is not secured until the deposit has been received. 
  • Price will increase $100 for any registrations submitted after May 25, 2026. 
  • Please complete the form as accurately as possible. 
  • Program information is subject to change as needed for staffing/facility or as determined by the Camp Directors.
  • All balances are due in full by September 5, 2026.

EVENT ATTENDANCE

You must select at least one option. The event fee covers all teachings and activities within the camp during our event. If you are full-time, you will be able to attend events on all the days we are hosting.

Complete this section to calculate totals for t-shirts (teens & adults) into your Sukkot Balance. All tees will be 100% cotton and include a logo of the Sukkot theme. Tees will be distributed at camp.

BELIEF STATEMENT AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By signing this form, you acknowledge full responsibility for ALL persons registered with you to attend the 2025 Grafted Sukkot.  You are signing on behalf of all guests registered. 

FUNDAMENTAL BELIEF STATEMENT:

We gather together to celebrate Sukkot as a holy convocation to God in accordance with Lev. 23.  We recognize that Sukkot has prophetic significance connected to the second coming of the Messiah, Yeshua.  We believe that Yeshua was God made flesh, lived the life of a man, was crucified, died and resurrected, then ascended into heaven. We anticipate His return each year in keeping the Feasts of the Lord.

STATEMENTS OF CONSENT AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY:

I have read and understand the Fundamental Belief Statement stated by The Grafted Church (Church).  By registering for this event, you agree to keep all conversation in love and a peaceable spirit without creating discord or contention among the brethren.

In addition to following local laws and statutes, I, and my guests, also agree to abide by the Red Rock Canyon Campground rules and regulations.

I have read and understand the Sukkot Information Packet available online and agree to abide by the expectation sand rules of the Grafted Church. 

I, and my guests, release from liability and waive my right to sue the Church, their employees, officers, volunteers and agents from any and all claims, including but not limited to, claims of negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss we may suffer as a result in my participation in this event or activities at this event.

If I, or my guests, need medical treatment as a result of my participation in this event, including travel to and/or from a medical facility (including air travel), we agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. We are aware that the Church does not provide health insurance for me and that we should carry our own health insurance.

I, and my guests, agree to hold the Church harmless from any and all claims, loss or damage to our personal property, liabilities and costs, including attorney’s fees, as a result of our participation in this event.  If the Church incurs any of these types of expenses due to my, or my guests' actions and/or participation in this event, I agree to reimburse the Church.

I state that I am the parent or legal guardian of the listed minor participant(s) in this registration. I have read this document, and I am signing it freely. I understand the legal consequences of signing this document, including

(a) Releasing the Church from all liability on my and my guests behalf,

(b) Waiving my, and my guests, right to sue the Church,

(c) And assuming all risks of minor(s) participation in this event.

I understand that I am responsible for the obligations and acts of the minors attending this event in my care.

I understand that Grafted Church may take photos/videos of registered minors, myself or my guests, on this registration that may be used for future promotional items, social media posts, or informational packets.

I have read this document, and I am signing it freely. I understand the legal consequences of signing this document and assume all risks of myself and my guests (listed above) participating in this event.

Please select how you would like to pay your deposit and balance.  You can pay via check, money order, cash or electronically.  All electronic payments will include a $5.00 convenience fee.  

A $50 non-refundable deposit is due to "hold" your reservation.  Registrations are not secure until deposit is received.

You will receive an invoice through Paypal, this is your confirmation. You are not required to pay online, but you can, this invoice is a tool for tracking your balance.  Cash & check payments will be manually entered and the invoice updated as paid. 

All balances are due by September 5, 2026.
