DESCRIPTION:This year we will be observing the Feast of Trumpets on Friday, September 11!  We will serve an easy meal at 6pm and have shofars, liturgy and worship about 7:00.  Everyone is invited to bring chairs and popups for outside to enjoy fellowship afterward.\n\nWe will celebrate the Feast of Trumpets high day from September 11 at sundown. The High Day is September 12.\n\nLeviticus 23, The Festival of Trumpets\n23 The Lord said to Moses, 24 “Say to the Israelites: ‘On the first day of the seventh month you are to have a day of sabbath rest, a sacred assembly commemorated with trumpet blasts. 25 Do no regular work, but present a food offering to the Lord.’”\n
