DESCRIPTION:We will be celebrating the Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot) at Red Rock Canyon for 2026!  Our check in will begin at noon on Friday, September 25.  The first High Day will be Saturday, October 26.   The second High Day will be Saturday, October 3.   (READ 2026 INFORMATION PACKET HERE) ( https://grafted.faith/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/2026-Information-Packet.pdf )\n\nLeviticus 23, The Festival of Tabernacles\n33 The Lord said to Moses, 34 “Say to the Israelites: ‘On the fifteenth day of the seventh month the Lord’s Festival of Tabernacles begins, and it lasts for seven days. 35 The first day is a sacred assembly; do no regular work. 36 For seven days present food offerings to the Lord, and on the eighth day hold a sacred assembly and present a food offering to the Lord. It is the closing special assembly; do no regular work.\n\n\nSUKKOT 2026 INFORMATION\nCheck In:  Friday, September 25, 2026 (at noon)\nCheck Out: Sunday, October 4, 2026 (by 11am)\nRegistration is Open! Register Here ( https://grafted.faith/2026-sukkot-event/ ).  Submit a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your registration.  The submissions will be checked weekly.  Please be patient for invoices to be emailed.  All invoices will come from PayPal.  You are NOT required to use Paypal as a payment source, but we will be using it as a balance tracking tool. \nCampsites are reserved on a FIRST COME, FIRST DEPOSITED basis.  There may be a situation that requires changing campsites.  All campsites are subject to change until the day of arrival. \nIMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER:\nMAY 26: Registrations submitted after May 26 will increase by $100.00 \nAUGUST 15:  ALL Registrations will close on August 15, 2026.\nSEPT 5:  All balances are due by September 5, 2026. \nPROGRAM OVERVIEW\nSabbath Observance: Sabbath observance is an essential practice in our congregation. Please do not plan to set up or tear down your campsite on the weekly or feast Sabbaths.\n\n\n\nFirst High Day: September 25 @ Sundown – September 26 @ Sundown\nSecond High Day: October 2 @ Sundown – October 3 @ Sundown\n\n\n\nEvening Services: We expect campers to attend evening services. If you are unable to attend service, please do not roam the camp during this time. All minors must be with their adults during service times.\nAdult Workshops: There will be various workshops throughout the week. These will include specific times for men, women, and different teachings.\nYoung Adult Program:  The young adults are HS graduates or ages 18+.  There will be midrash, worship, discussions and fellowship.\nYouth/Teen Program: We will have two designated times for teens (11-18) to gather.  They will get to know each other, have lessons, and play some great camp games.  We will also have a teen tent with games and tables that will be available during free time and after service until 10pm.  Jr. Youth (age 11-12) will split from teens for their own teaching/discussion times.\nChildren’s Programs: There will be two days with scheduled children’s programs for ages toddler-10. Children should wear clothes that can get stained or potentially pain on them. The children’s program includes a tee at no extra cost.  *Please Note: We will need volunteers to make this program work!  If you have a child attending, please try to volunteer for one of the class times.\nDance: Dance circles will be formed each evening at the service. We ask that the dancers be 10 years old and older for the safety of the children and dancers.  Only experienced dancers will be allowed to dance in the center circle.  Dance workshops may be scheduled at a later time; if so, you will receive a schedule in your guest packet with details.\nIndividual or Group Dance Offerings: If you would like to perform a special dance offering during an evening service, please see Kerensa Grimsley or email her at ke****************@***il.com\nBaptisms: We will offer baptisms during the event. You may sign up for that after opening service.\nWedding Vow Renewal: If you would like to renew your wedding vows, you can sign up for that after the opening service.\nFree Days: We have planned two free days throughout the week. These days will have limited programming and will be open for families to catch up on laundry, shopping, relax, or just fellowship.\nMarketplace: If you have a product you would like to sell, Marketplace will be the on a free day between 10am-2pm at the amphitheater. You will be responsible for any supplies (table, shade, petty cash for change) that you need to set up your market.\nTalent Offering: If you would like to sign up to share at this time, please contact Amber Thornbrough by September 1, 2026.  Talents include singing, instrumentals, dance, or a funny (and appropriate) joke/standup.  NOTE:  there will be limited stage space and sound system. Slots are limited and talent Screening will occur prior to the event\nMeals: Grafted will provide the evening meal on opening day (Mon. Oct. 6).  You will be responsible for all other meals, snacks, drinks during the celebration.\nGRAFTED GUIDELINES\nAttitude Check:  Sukkot is the season of our JOY. This is a feast where we are commanded to be JOYFUL. Please leave all contentions and strife outside the campgrounds. We encourage everyone to refrain from complaining, arguing, having poor attitudes, and causing division.\nSafety Team/Watchmen:  This team is created to look out for the camp and ensure that children and campers are safe, and to ensure that no unregistered guests are loitering in our camping areas.\nPrivacy:\n\n\nPlease be aware of campsite boundaries.\nChildren should not enter someone else’s tent or RV, take any camping gear, or meander through campsites without permission.\n\n\nFamilies:\n\n\nParents, you are responsible for your children/minors.\nPlease be aware of your children’s whereabouts at all times.\nThe wooded areas and creek are off-limits.\nNo one under 18 years old is allowed on the trails without an adult.\nChildren should NOT be riding in the bed of pickups.\n\n\nPublic Displays of Affection: Teens and unmarried couples should not be showing any PDA during Sukkot and are expected to keep their hands to themselves.\nCurfew & Quiet Hours:\n\n\nMinors, under 18 years old, must be at their campsites or with their parents by 10:00 pm each evening.\nPlease refrain from loud noises between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7 am.\n\nNo amplified music\nRespectfully quiet campfire conversation\n\n\n\n\nAttire:\n\n\nPlease keep shorts/skirts knee length or longer.\nAvoid skintight attire.\nAll tank tops should cover bras (including straps).\n\n\nFood Allergies:\n\n\nWe have guests with serious peanut allergies. Please keep all nuts confined to your camping areas and do not add any nut products to potluck dishes.\nPlease do not share snacks with children without their parental consent!\n\n\nAlcohol, Tobacco, and Drugs:\n\n\nNO GLASS containers outside of your campsite.\nPlease keep wine/alcohol or tobacco use refined to personal campsites.\nRecreational use of illegal or medical drugs will not be accepted.\nIf you bring any THC products, you will be asked to show proof of a medical use card.\n\n\nPets:\n\n\nPets are allowed at Sukkot.\nAll pets must be secured on a leash or lead at all times.\nYou must immediately clean up any messes your pet makes.\nPets are NOT allowed in the meeting areas (except for certified service animals).\nPets that are barking may not be left out at night.\n\n\nThree Strikes Policy: We will have a 3-strike policy that applies to all guests:\n\n\n\nThe first offense of rules or guidelines will be a warning.\nThe second offense is a discussion with the Elders.\nThe third offense could result in restriction of activities or removal from camp.\n\n\nRED ROCK CANYON RULES\n\nWildlife:\n\nObserve, but do not disturb the wildlife. If you have an animal that needs to be removed, please call camp services.\nHunting is prohibited. Camping & Property:\nHammocks must use webbing to prevent damage to trees.\nRappelling is allowed with prior approval. Check-in at RRCAP office for a release/waiver andapproval.\nDrones are only allowed for FAA Licensed pilots with prior approval. Registration and signed release must be signed at RRCAP office.\nNo playing amplified music.\nDefacing canyon walls or RRCAP buildings are prohibited.\n\nCampfire Safety:\n\nFires must be in designated rings and must be attended at all times.\nDo not leave a fire unattended.\n\nFlora & Fauna:\n\nDo not pick wildflowers or other plants.\nCutting live trees or branches is strictly prohibited.\n\nWaste Disposal:\n\nDumping wastewater on the ground is prohibited. Honey pot service is available thru RRCAP for emptying RV grey & black tanks. $20/visit (both tanks).\nDo not burn trash in fire rings.\nThrowing ashes and charcoal on the ground is prohibited.\n\nPets:\n\nMust be kept on a leash no longer than 10 feet at all times.\nThe owner must clean up and dispose of excrement properly.\nPets are not allowed in any park buildings.\n\nMore rules & regulations available at www.redrockcanyonadventurepark.com\n\n
