on today’s topic for the sermon about social media – I wonder if the metaverse will present the “hour of temptation” that is spoken in new testament where people will be able to play “god” in their own metaverse – not only that they say there are near the science where they can upload their minds onto the cloud and if that might give way to the prophecy in revelations where they seek death but in those days death will flee from them (remember Groundhog’s day movie) because with their minds in the cloud and disconnected from the physical body Just like the beginning where he tempted Eve with godhood status – will hasatan tempt mankind with the metaverse/VR?
