I know I am very late to this, I don’t know if anyone has reached out to you about this but I wanted to give my Biblical take on it, the Sabbath is a Kodesh day which means holy, “set apart”, so we are not to treat it like other days, we are not “to do our own pleasures”, it’s a day Yah has set aside for worship, rest, holy convocation, and fellowship, the day is supposed to be focused on Yah not on other things. I once heard a Pastor describe it this way: “don’t ask what CAN you do on the Sabbath, but what SHOULD you do” and you’ll have your answer. While we don’t want to violate the Sabbath, it’s not about what is a sin and what’s not, but what would Yah have us do. I hope that helps
